Green Peace
This month Star50 is celebrating going green. Much of what’s new and hot out there is a shift in our consciousness about our environment; not only what we put into it but how we wear it. Our friend Heather; who’s new company, Front Lobe Tees, has taken a stand on how we ‘wear it’ to a new level. Read her story below and start creating change by what you wear.
Star50: Your Company has such a specific vision in mind; tell us how you got started and what inspired you to create Frontal Lobe Tees.com?
Heather: I wanted to have people really feel differently but the only way to do that from my small space on the planet was to send the word out in a creative way. I chose t-shirts because it is the uniform of the masses. Almost everyone on the planet has had a t-shirt at one time or another. What better way for me to reach people than with something organically grown and environmentally safe with a positive message on it.
Star50: Share with us about your message of creating peace, love, and harmony? Heather: It is our belief that just as you are what you eat so are you incredibly influenced and affected by what you see as well as what you wear. Its 2008, as a species we are way past due for peace, love, joy and harmony.
Star50: It seems that you are creating a call to action by wearing your shirts. Is this your intention? Heather: Absolutely. The more people wearing the shirts means more people reading them and subconsciously the feeling gets stronger.
Star50: What has been the reception of your t-shirts? What’s next for you and Frontallobetees.com? Heather: I’m happy to say that the reception has been very good. I’m quite pleased. As for the future, look for baby items and apparel.

Way to go, Heather! I am happy to support a worthwhile cause, which is to spread positive messages on the billboard that is my body!
We’re all sort of walking billboards, and I’m enthusiastic about sharing such a beautiful, affirmative message to those who read it, from the words and art on the shirt, to the very fabric of it: organically grown, made in the USA (home grown baby)! Sign me up AGAIN, sister! P.S. My children are waiting to wear theirs too. Hint, hint. And thanks to Amity, too!
